At Granton® we’ve been manufacturing Sterilisation Pouches for nearly 20 years now. We’re especially well known for our market leading Self Seal Sterilisation Pouches – in fact we currently produce more than 100 million Self Seal pouches per year, making us the UK’s largest manufacturer of these products – but that’s not all; we can also supply your requirements for Flat (heat seal) paper/film sterilisation pouches and reels and for Tyvek® sterilisation pouches in a range of stock and custom sizes.
Our paper/film Flat (heat seal) and Self Seal sterilisation pouches are suitable for Steam (Autoclave) and Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilisation methods.
Our Tyvek® pouches are suitable for EO, Irradiation and H202 sterilisation methods, and are recommended when high puncture/abrasion resistance is critical.
All our pouches and reels are available in both plain and printed options, up to a maximum of 6 colours.

For added peace of mind, we manufacture our pouches in our ISO Class 7 (10,000) Cleanroom facility, exceeding the requirements of ISO 11607-1. Our sterilisation pouches are manufactured under ISO 13485 Quality Systems.
